To honor the commitment between our clients and our studio, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee amounting to 100% of the scheduled service will be applied, ensuring that our team's dedicated time is respected and valued.
